Gregg Sutton

Gregg Sutton

President/CEO

Gregg Sutton is a veteran medical device entrepreneur and developer who has founded/cofounded several device companies which have produced multiple market leading devices. Most recently Mr. Sutton held the position of Vice President, Research & Development at Surmodics, Inc. (2016-2020) a medical device technology company that acquired NorMedix in 2016. Mr. Sutton was the founder and President/CEO of NorMedix which he started in 2010. Prior to founding NorMedix, Mr. Sutton was co-founder of, and held the position of VP Research & Development at Atritech, Inc., a Minneapolis based company, where he led the development of the Watchman LAA Occlusion Device which was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2010. Prior to Atritech, Mr. Sutton held executive positions at Vascular Solutions, Inc., Angioguard, Inc. (acquired by J&J 1999), and Navarre Biomedical, Inc. (co-founder, acquired by CR Bard 1997). Mr. Sutton has over 30 years in the medical device field and has over 60 patents granted and pending. Gregg has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Bryan Goh

Director of Engineering

Bryan is a seasoned design & development engineer with over 10 yrs experience in the medical device space. He has significant experience in catheter and delivery system design and development with a focus in design for manufacturing. He is recognized as a leading SME in this area and has played a key role in phase zero programs developing cutting edge medical technologies. Prior to joining Innova, Bryan held the position of Principal Engineer for GT Metabolic Solutions a Minneapolis based GI start-up focused on incisionless gastric bypass surgery. Bryan has also held design/development positions previously at Nordson Medical, Philips, Resolution Medical, and Switchback Medical. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Noelle Sutton

Noelle Sutton

Director of Regulatory Affairs & Quality

Noelle has over 15 years of experience in regulatory and quality aspects of the medical device industry. She has worked both as a consultant and employee for medical device companies. Noelle’s experience includes quality system development, quality system management, regulatory submission preparation and post-market regulatory and quality support. Noelle has a degree in kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in regulatory affairs from St. Cloud State University.
